The website "JEIRE" (hereinafter: "the website") is a website and an online store, which markets and sells files for 3D printing of home products and home art (wall art or decorative objects). In addition, the website sells files for two-dimensional printing (posters) .

The user agrees, in the act of browsing the website, to all the terms of use. If the user does not fully and/or partially agree to the terms of use, he must avoid any use of the website.
The user declares that he/she is over the age of 18, and if he/she is under the age of 18, then declares that the use of the website is made with the consent of the person responsible for it as required by law.
The terms of use are worded in male form for convenience, but are aimed at both genders. In this document singular also means plural.
The terms of use apply to any use of the website, by any means and/or device whatsoever and in any geographic location.

5.1
The intellectual property in the website - including but not limited to - trademarks, copyrights, models and/or designs, logos, databases, texts, images, videos, sound clips, images, trade secrets and/or any other intellectual property, belong to the website owner, and/or to a third party who allowed their use or presentation. This is unless otherwise stated.

All content and courses on the website are for personal use only. They may not be distributed or copied and may not be passed on to others.

Users undertake to not use the name of the website and/or the software in any way that can mislead, harm the reputation, create plagiarism, or in any other way that can cause any damage to the website, the owner of the website and/or to a third party.

The website may include hyperlinks that refer to external websites and/or applications (hereinafter 'external websites') that are not owned by the owner of the website and are not under his control. The intellectual property on external websites is owned by a third party and the owner of the website has no right in them. 6. Use of the website
General: The user can make certain uses of the website, in a limited way, some services are for free and at no cost and some services require registration and payment.
The owner of the website may at any time, at his discretion, change the methods and scope of use and/or registration to the website, including the free and/or paid access options.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1
The website owner and/or anyone on his behalf is not responsible for any damage, monetary and/or other, that may be caused to the user as a result of using the website.

7.6
The website owner is not responsible for the content of external ads (images/links) that may appear/be integrated into the website, or for the content/information that appears on the websites to which the links lead. The website owner is not responsible for checking and/or supervising the content on the websites to which the links refer.

7.8
The content of the website are at the sole discretion of the site owner and for the purposes described above. In addition, there may be errors and/or inaccuracies and/or a situation in which the content of the website will not be up-to-date. The owner of the site will not be held responsible for any damage caused to the user due to reliance on what is stated in the site's contents and will not be liable to the user for such reliance.
7.9
The website owner does her best to present the products by pictures. At the same time, there may be slight differences or inaccuracies, for example in the color shades, between the products in the photos and between the products that will be delivered. These arise from good faith and/or from the way the product is displayed on the computer, and will not consider this a deception of the buyer. The images are shown for illustrative purposes and there may be slight differences, these slight differences will not be considered as deception and/or misrepresentation on the part of the website owner.
7.10
Force majeure: in the event that the website owner is unable to perform one and/or more of its obligations towards the user, due to force majeure, the date of performance of the obligation will be postponed to another date, to be determined by the parties. Force majeure in this agreement is a security event, a strike, natural disasters, epidemics and diseases such as the corona virus, and/or constraints due to a health condition. To the extent that the website owner's services cannot be postponed to an alternative date, this will not be considered a violation, and the user will not be entitled to make any claims and/or make any demands against the website owner.
7.11
Limitation of liability on the part of the owner of the website - in any case where it is determined by an authorized party according to law that the owner of the website owes compensation, it is hereby agreed that the liability of the owner of the website, towards the user and/or towards any third party, will be limited to an amount of 5,000 NIS the most. 8. Availability of the website

Restriction and/or prevention of use will be taken against any user who violates one and/or more of the provisions of the terms of use. The website owner will not be responsible for any damage, monetary or other, which may be caused to the user as a result of limiting and/or preventing his ability to use the website.

10. Limitation of Liability
10.1
User shall not perform any action directly or by a third party, which may damage the website, and/or its browsing availability, and/or the content presented in it, and/or disrupt its operation. User undertakes to not use software code and/or any other electronic/digital and/or automatic operation, including - a virus and/or a 'worm' and/or a 'bot' for the purpose of damaging the website.
10.2
User undertakes to not perform any action in the website that has the purpose of reverse assembly, and/or action that aims to reveal the website code and/or other components therein. User undertake to not perform actions in the website designed to discover the source code for the purpose of competing in the website activity.
10.3
User undertakes to not perform in the website any operation aimed at collecting and/or extracting data from the website, with the exception of operations that are normal and acceptable use of the website.
10.4
The website is intended for non-commercial use only. The user and/or third party must not perform any action that is intended to use the content of the website for a commercial purpose and/or any other purpose. In this section "content of the website" – text content, images, designs, graphics, video clips and/or sound and/or personal details of the users, statistical information about the users' activity, software code.
10.5
The user undertakes not to make any use that is illegal, and/or that is contrary to the terms of use of the website.
10.6
Without derogating from the aforementioned in the other sections of the terms of use, the website owner reserves the right to block a user and/or limit his access immediately, to one and/or more of the services of the website, in the event that the user has violated one and/or more of the provisions of these terms of use.
11. User Generated Content
11.1
Website users may upload content and/or works (such as texts, reviews, graphic images, logos, etc.).
11.2
The users hereby undertake that they own the rights in the content, and/or have legal permission to upload the content to the system.
11.3
Users undertake to make only legal use of the website, and also hereby undertake not to upload content to the website, and/or make any use of the website's services that violates any copyright of a third party, and/or content that causes any infringement of intellectual property rights and/or content that causes any wrongdoing or other offense, including - causing defamation, invasion of privacy, incitement, incitement to racism.

13. Terms of Digital products sales
13.1

13.4
The buyer declares that he is purchasing the website services for personal and non-commercial use. Resale of the services and/or their marketing is prohibited. Also, any other commercial and/or marketing use of the products is prohibited, unless permission has been received from the website owner.
13.5

14. Registering and gaining access to the digital products
14.1
The purchase on the website is made using credit cards, the transaction is subject to the approval of the credit companies. The website owner may change, add or subtract payment methods and/or means for any reason whatsoever and without prior notice.
14.2
The user declares that he is the owner of the payment method, or has received permission to use the card or the payment method from its owner. The user undertakes to enter current and accurate details.
14.3
The user will mark the digital products he wishes to purchase. The user will enter identifying information, contact information and credit information. The user will confirm the correctness of the details and confirm that he has read the purchase regulations. The transaction will be approved after receiving the approval from the credit company.
14.4
It is hereby clarified that the buyer's credit information is not kept by the website owner. The credit card details will be processed and/or saved by the clearing company only.
14.5
After purchasing digital products, a link to the download file will be sent to the e-mail address entered by the buyer. It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure the file is received, in the main mailbox and also in other boxes such as "marketing/advertising mail" or the SPAM box.
14.6
The website owner reserves the right to close the website's activity, with a 30-day advance notice. In such a case, the user and/or purchaser will not have any claim against the owner of the site and will not be entitled to any refund and/or restitution of any kind due to the termination of the site's activity.
15. Refunds and cancellations
15.1
The provisions of the law will apply to the cancellation of a transaction through the website, and to the extent that there is a contradiction between what is stated in the regulations and the applicable law, then the provisions of the law will prevail.
15.2
Cancellation of a transaction - according to the Consumer Protection Law, there is no right to cancel a transaction on "information", as defined in the Computer Law 1995, and on goods that can be recorded for reproduction or duplication.

It is clarified that to the extent that the purchaser has gained access and/or used and/or viewed some and/or all of the digital content, he will not be entitled to a refund.
15.4

16. Warranty on digital products, technical support and general clarifications
16.1
Each file is provided with print instructions and settings that must be entered in the CURA print software.
16.2
No support will be provided for technical issues related to the customer's printer settings.
16.3
If it is necessary, additional help will be given in the print settings for the SLICER software called CURA only.
16.4
Each file was printed and tested by an Ender 3 Pro printer only.
16.5
If there is a problem with the downloadable file, please contact the website owner via email at hello@jeire.com and we will resend the link.
16.6
Inquiries on technical issues and/or faults will be answered within a reasonable time from the date of the inquiry.
17. Updates and changes
17.1
The website owner reserves the right to update and/or change from time to time and as necessary the website terms of use.
17.2
The validity of the changes will be from the day the change was made.
18. Jurisdiction
The law applicable to any dispute regarding these terms of use shall be Israeli law and the exclusive jurisdiction in all matters relating to these terms of use shall be to a court having jurisdiction Haifa, Israel.
